Led by Jenn , these walks offer a blend of gentle exercise, opportunities to meet new people and connect with nature. You’ll find our Women’s Walks are around 5 miles and a more relaxed walking pace. These walks are aimed at women at any stage of life but with extra support and training for those experience menopause symptoms.
