Join us for a special evening of relaxation and wellbeing in partnership with The Secret Spa.
This exclusive women’s event begins with a gentle guided 2 mile walk around the picturesque village of Cliffe, giving you the chance to stretch your legs, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and connect with like minded women.
After our walk, we’ll head over to our deeply relaxing Sound Bath Experience. Using a combination of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, Shruti box, guitar and other vibrational instruments, you’ll be guided into a state of calm through meditation and sound. The experience is designed to help quiet the mind, ease tension and restore balance to both body and mind.
Perfect if you are looking to unwind after a busy week, enjoy some time for yourself, or simply experience something new. You’ll feel relaxed, recharged and reconnected.

No previous experience is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for walking and bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion for the sound bath so you can relax in comfort.
Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

Toilets: Toilets in the venue after the walk and before and after soundbath.
Dogs: Sadly not on this occasion.🚶♀️ Walk Leader: Jenn – I am a fully trained Lowland Leader with a enhanced DBS (available upon request) and trained in outdoor first aid. I am also trained and qualified in nutrition, wellness and female health. MJ Outdoor Adventures is fully insured. Your safety is our priority. The wonderful Rachel – owner of The Secret Spa – will be guiding our sound bath.
Cancellations
If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we know not to wait for you.
Cancellation policy (as per T&C’s)
• More than 30 days before the activity – 100% refund (excluding any external costs incurred by MJ Outdoor Adventures such as third-party providers, admin costs or accommodation).
• 30 days or less before the activity – no refund. Standard half-day walks (non-challenge events) may be transferred to another date. A promo code will be issued which expires 3 months from the date of issue.
• Challenge events, charity events, tours or activities involving external providers cannot be refunded or transferred.
• Less than 72 hours before the activity – bookings cannot be refunded or transferred.
Please be aware that this event falls under external providers for our cancellation policy.
