For the third year running, we’re teaming up with MBRC The Ocean  and this year we are taking part in part in MBRC’s Europe’s Biggest Clean Up. 🌍

Our litter pick will take place in Greenhithe along the King Charles Coastal Path, a beautiful stretch of riverside that many of us walk throughout the year. While it offers wonderful views and a great place to spend time outdoors, like many coastal and riverside areas it unfortunately collects litter washed in by the tide as well as waste left behind by visitors.

Plastic pollution remains one of the biggest threats to wildlife and natural environments. Much of the litter that reaches our seas starts on land and eventually finds its way into rivers and coastal areas like this. By coming together as a community, we can help remove harmful waste before it impacts birds, marine life, and the wider ecosystem.

As an outdoor community, protecting the places we explore is incredibly important to us. Taking a small amount of time to care for these spaces helps ensure they remain beautiful and safe for wildlife and for everyone who enjoys them.

Booking is essential so we can ensure we bring the correct number of litter picking kits and manage the event safely.

Children are very welcome, but they must remain under the full supervision of their parents or guardians at all times.
